Cancellation

Long-term business relationships with our clients is what eSage IT Services Pvt Ltd strives for, hence we follow a liberal cancellation or termination under the following guidelines:

  • For goods and services that eSage IT Services marketing team acquired during a promotional offer or on special events such as month end deal, Diwali, Christmas, New year etc., no cancelation is allowed. The cancelation may not be feasible due to occasional offerings for a limited period.
  • Only if the request is received within 12 hours of ordering will the cancellation be taken into account. If the order has been sent to suppliers, merchants, or execution teams and they have started the shipping or working on their own level, the cancellation request will not be approved.
  • Even with a cancellation within 12 hours, the received remittance or money will not be refunded in any form. Over next ninety days, the money might be changed against other services or a future order.
  • Within 12 hours of obtaining any goods or services, you can let our customer care know whether they meet your expectations or are not as shown on our website or otherwise.
  • The customer support team will be in charge of considering your needs and acting accordingly to fix the mistake and enhance our offering of services.
  • Our billing department should get all cancelation requests. The cancellation is not valid unless the relevant department confirms it. Only when the request is made within 12 hours of ordering and execution of the project has not started previously will cancel requests be taken into account. Third party services will not be attributed to eSage IT Services.

Refund Policy

eSage IT Services does not have a money-back policy, therefore if you purchase a product or subscribe to a service from us, you will not be eligible for one. However, if you are dissatisfied with our goods or services, please notify our customer service within 12 hours of getting the product or service. The customer support team will be responsible for considering your feedback and taking appropriate action to correct the problem and enhance our service.

We provide flexible payment options for our products and services, allowing customers to make final payments after analyzing the performance of the product or service within one week of delivery.

Due to the nature of its business, eSage IT Services does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation. In the case of a monthly payment, it is recognized that the payment for the following month is not released until the current month’s performance has been reviewed.

Customers can cancel their orders/payments within two days by phoning the customer service number. Payments made in the past two days can only be reimbursed with management approval.

Cancelled orders will be reimbursed to the original method of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials on this website is held by eSageIT Services Pvt Ltd or used under a licence from third party, and it is protected by relevant copyright and trademark laws.
